Prices are per person based on 2 people sharing a Double/Twin bedded room and includes full Scottish breakfast. Prices for Single occupancy of a Double/Twin bedded room available on request.

INFORMATION & BOOKING CONDITIONS

RESERVATIONS can be made by email, telephone, or post with credit card details or deposit cheque. For credit card confirmations we will need the name on the card, card number, expiry date and 3 digit security code, no charges are made until departure except in the case of cancellation.

CANCELLATIONS:- Cancellation of bookings is required within 72 hours of scheduled arrival time. If the room is sold within 48 hours no charge is applicable. Should that not occur then one nights tariff is payable.

Reservations made within 72 hours of scheduled arrival and cancelled will be charged one nights tariff.

We would advise having insurance to cover this eventuality.

SMOKING	all rooms in the Guest House are completely NON-SMOKING.
CHECK-IN	is available any time after 3-00pm. If earlier check-in is required please enquire in advance.
CHECK-OUT	Rooms should be vacated by 10-00am on day of departure.
BREAKFAST	is served between 8-00am and 9-00am. If an earlier breakfast is required please enquire in advance.
PETS	Sorry but we have no facilities to accommodate any pets.
